Hydraulic Piston Accumulator

Hydraulic Piston Accumulator

Hydraulic accumulators, which store the pressure energy in hydraulic systems and give this energy to the system very quickly when needed, are one of the most important circuit elements of hydraulic systems. In order to store the pressure energy, the hydraulic oil must be compressed, but nitrogen gas is used in hydraulic accumulators due to the poor compression properties of hydraulic oils. Pressurized hydraulic oil entering the accumulator compresses the nitrogen gas by acting on the separating element in the accumulator, and hydraulic oil replaces the reduced volume of nitrogen gas, which is compressed and thus increased in pressure. In this way, pressurized oil is stored in the hydraulic accumulator.

Hydraulic accumulators are used for lots of purposes. One of the two most common usage purposes is to store pressurized oil in the system and to meet the needs of the system by using the pressurized oil stored when the system needs flow and pressure. Another common use is to protect the hydraulic system and hydraulic components by damping vibrations in the hydraulic system.

One of the most common usage purposes is to store pressurized oil in the system and when the system needs flow and pressure, it is to provide flow and pressure by using the stored pressurized oil. Another common purpose is to protect the hydraulic system and hydraulic components by damping the vibrations that occur in the hydraulic system.

Hydraulic accumulators are divided into 3 types as balloon hydraulic accumulator, diaphragm hydraulic accumulator and piston hydraulic accumulator. HİDROFİL ENGINEERING makes mechanical and hydraulic PISTON HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR mechanical and hydraulic designs, manufactures and delivers it to the user by taking into account the criteria such as the amount of oil that needs to be compensated in the system, the maximum pressure level in the system, the area where the accumulator will be placed, etc. in accordance with the needs of our customers.
